Thank you for you interest in The Gerber Store's product customization program. The Gerber Store specializes in corporate identity products, safety awards, and customer appreciation gifts for both individuals, and small to large organizations. The Gerber Store offers quantity discounts and four different methods of customization to meet your needs.

Engraving

Custom engraving can be applied to most knives and tools and is usually the method of choice for personal gifts or when marking a smaller number of items.

Pricing:
»1 piece $15.00 for personalized engraving up to 12 characters. $.30 per character over 12.
»5 or more pieces $9.00 each for personalized engraving up to 12 characters $0.30 per character over 12. All engraving must use same font for 5 piece discount.

Allow 2 weeks for processing and customer must provide fax number or e-mail address for proof verification.

Electro Etch

Electro etch customized marking is our most economical method of personalization for medium and large customized projects. Using a stencil, the knives or tools are etched using an acid rinse leaving a durable reproduction of your logo or message.

Pricing:
»$100.00 one time stencil charge per image
»$1.00 per etch or side

Allow 4 to six weeks for processing and customer must provide fax number or e-mail address for proof verification.

Laser etch

Laser etch customized marking is our highest quality method using digital laser technology. Your logo or message is slightly darker and more glossy than that of the Electro etch method.

Pricing:
»$150.00 set up fee
»$2.75 to $5.00 per piece depending on logo and quantity

Laser etch marking can be processed in as little as 1 week* and depending on quantity, additional discounts may apply.

Custom Embroidered sheaths

Certain knife and tool sheaths can be customized using custom embroidery or woven labels.
Woven labels have a 2500 piece minumum and cost approximately $200.00 per 1000 depending on design. Additional sewing charges may apply.
Embrodered sheaths have a 300 piece minumum.
