All warranties are the responsibilities of the original manufacturer.
The Gerber Store makes no additional warranty or implied or assumed other
than those of the original manufactures unless otherwise noted.
Our liberal return policy gives you 30 days from the date of sale to return
any product, provided it's new, unused and complete as received. Items
that do not meet the above criteria are not subject to return. The Gerber
Store highly recommends the buyer to thoroughly inspect the purchased
product before using it and also to make sure the user of the product
is familiar with the correct application and proper care. We cannot accept
returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of sale. Due to the
nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless defective, and
then only for replacement for an identical item. Please phone, fax, or
e-mail for your return authorization number, which must accompany the
product upon receipt by The Gerber Store. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the buyer.
Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to: The Gerber Store products,
or those products sold by The Gerber Store which are used for a purpose
other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in
any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product
or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered
by The Gerber Store.
